The new collaboration between Japanese brand BEDWIN & THE HEARTBREAKERS and adidas Originals. Spanning over both footwear and apparel, the Japanese brand designed a full collection for the German sportswear brand. While the shoes and sneakers from the collaboration look very simple and unimpressive, the apparel makes a very solid impression on first inspection. Staying true to their style, BEDWIN nicely worked the iconic Three Stripes branding into the casual menswear range.

New Balance "Propaganda Pack"

New Balance is back and making a statement with the arrival of its 2013 spring/summer "Propaganda Pack." Inspired mainly by the bold colors used in World War I era propaganda, this pack sees the New Balance 1600, 999, and MT580 models remixed in distinct red, black, and grey colorways. Each one of the pairs also comes complete with a limited edition, hand-sketched rendering of the model in a mock propaganda poster, similar to the ones displayed during the time period that inspired the collection. NEW BALANCE x UBIQ 1600 "The Benjamin"

Philadelphia’s premier footwear and street apparel boutique UBIQ has announced a collaboration with New Balance to release a limited edition version of the 1600 runner, dubbed “The Benjamin.” Drawing inspiration from one of America’s most notorious patriots, Benjamin Franklin, this retro runner features a predominately suede upper in blue and red, with brown leather accents to contrast its nationalist look. Additional details include 13 stars on its tongue and insole for the original colonies, a speckled midsole, a gum outsole, a white lining, tonal blue laces.

CMSS x NEW BALANCE MRL996SY

Famed Hong Kong actor Shawn Yue and New Balance have teamed up on a collaborative rework of the NB classic MRL996, the MRL996SY. Choosing to maintain the most original and unique design elements of the shoe, Yue opted for a neutral color palette that also complimented his favorite CMSS blue. In addition to the color, the shoe also features a new RevLite outsole for added comfort.
