This Spring 2014, Herschel Supply presents a new project, created in collaboration with Californian artist Kevin Butler. As the creator of well-loved series, Rad Cars with Rad Surfboards on Them, Herschel Supply brings you a limited edition capsule collection inspired by the rad Californian lifestyle.
Inspired by spring layering, this season Herschel Supply pairs two contrasting prints together for a fresh take on classic camo and hawaiian floral. One half of the mash up is the Paradise print, characterized by hand drawn, tropical flowers and rendered in vibrant orange and blue. The highly saturated Paradise print works back with a more subdued Duck Camo, colored in complimentary tones.

Vans OTW presents the Prelow shoe executed in “Leopard Camo”. This range finds the minimalist, running-inspired sneaker outfitted with sueded nubuck and engineered textile around the upper. These features rest atop Vans’ comfortable Ultracush HD outsole, a shock-absorbing Polyurethane foam mold borrowed from the brand’s skate division. Available now at CROSSOVER Flagship store.
The Vans OTW collection introduces a seasonally apropos edition of its Alomar with a new “all-weather” take on the high-top. Premiering as part of a “Militia” release, the Alomar AW’s upgrades include waterproof uppers, gusseted tongues and Strobel comfort manufacturing – the result of which is added heat retention with the help of fleece and wool linings. Additional details include a luxurious leather exterior, diamond-stitched paneling, antiqued metal eyelets and rugged rope lacing. As usual, the silhouette’s full-length EVA insole and waffle tread pattern tie the kicks back into Vans’ heritage.
Vans and its OTW collection take a new approach to the ubiquitous use of camouflage with the introduction of dual “Palm Camo” takes on the Alomar silhouette. While the Tan/Black colorway sports a bold look with the all-over palm motif covering the entirety of the upper, the Grey/Turtledove execution represents a more subtle approach as the pattern lines the interior with an additional appearance on the tongue paneling. Vans OTW‘s Ludlow returns for the holidays as the subject of a new “Bamboo” pack. Coming in either black or grey canvas, the low-tops see printed bamboo motifs across the entirety of the upper and lining, respectively, as contrasting accents appear in the form of footbed branding, the laces, and the rubber sole.
