Another three-way collaboration between Hong Kong born hip hop star Eric Kot, Asia Acts Against AIDS (AAAA) and New Balance, the rugged mid-top take on the iconic 574 was inspired by Kot’s love for cycling and the necessity of added ankle protection. Donning a bright orange nubuck upper alongside contrasting black and white accents throughout, the collaboration comes finished with a gum rubber traction outsole.

The 106 Vulcanized CA is a deconstructed version of a classic Vans model inspired by the Chukka Low. An upper made from premium suede is complemented by a split tongue construction that allows for sleek color and material accents. Reduced padding and raw edges on the upper create the distinctive decon look, while a new sidewall design harks back to earlier Vans silhousettes that did without the knurled toe bumper found on newer shoes.
